In our Bachelor lecture on ?Fundamentals of Marketing“, we visited with our Brazilian incoming students and accompanying students from Merseburg the chocolate producing company Halloren Schokoladenfabrik. We learned many new things about the oldest chocolate firm that started as a bakery and now produces a variety of sweets and chocolate for the German and international markets. In the seminar, the company from Halle and its key product, the Halloren-Kugeln, will be evaluated and discussed from a given case study by Professor Pick. The Brazilian students will be at our Faculty of Business Administration and Information Science for two semesters, participating at several lectures.
